Chris, Mmmm, got a suggestion. You guys have cable? Find out how much cable internet will be, compared to what your family pays now. I assume you also have an extra phone line for internet usage? Factor all the costs in, then show them the difference. I'm going to bet that cable internet will be cheaper. Even DSL would probably be about the same as you pay now, but a lot faster, and without the proprietary software. AOL was nice back in the early days. Can't say the same today.
