expensive, and it does dual layer (how fast it burns is not that
critical to me).
However, they want 60 bucks for it, when I see it elsewhere for as
little as 40.
Nothin' special about the drive, if you can get the same model
elsewhere cheaper, get it. I took a chance on a $60 "Mad Dog
Electronics" DVD-r/rw about a year or so ago on a sale and it booted
fine in 10.2 (Though I found that it wasn't recognized as a burner
until 10.2.6, as I found during a re-install.)
It's a Toshiba drive. iDVD from iLife 2 burns disks quite happily.
