Sooner than later. Yep, I ran with scissors and poked out my eye. The files in the trash did not have recognizable nor re-iterable names that could be even copied and pasted into a command. So . . .I tried several things, resulting in a desktop that could not be modified! So . . .re-everything. I guess I'll never know what the deal was with those files, but they are long gone now.
