For free, you might try Analog (http://www.analog.cx). It can be used as a drag-and-drop app straight out of the can. Or you can go in and tweak the config a bit and get more tuned info (ie, the referers from your own site can be supressed, etc).
I've switched to AWStats (available at SourceForge) but it may be a little too geeky for you.
