Hi Bob,

I have an Iomega USB CD burner on my iMac G3-333. Using Patchburn (Loacted
at http://www.patchburn.de/) and the drive works just fine. Also use the
same drive on my B&W and iBook.

Subject: [G] CD/DVD Writers for iMacs

Can anyone help me with some information for an iMac G3 400Mhz, 320 Mb
RAM, OSX 10.2.8 -

I have an LG (USB connected CD-RW), and a LG (USB connected DVD-RW),
which are both recognized by the Profiler, but neither of which are
recognized by Finder as writeable units.

I have looked for software and found something called "DiscBlaze5", but
it also says that the units are not writeable, despite the Profiler
cdorrectly identifying them as RW units.

Help
