I've used PayPal for 2-3 years as an eBay buyer but just recently started
using it for selling as I clean out closet after closet. I've had no
problems so far but it takes 3-4 business days for the money to go from my
PayPal account to my bank account.

Just a thought on getting money out of paypal. I have had over 250 transactions on ebay with paypal, some over $500, and probably the same number on the swap list with no problems at all.

Paypal offers a debit card that draws funds directly from your paypal balance. you use it just like a credit or debit card. When you use it like a credit card (ie: do not use a pin number) you even get a 1.5% refund. There are limits on it. on mine I can use it at an atm and pull out $400 cash everyday or make purchases up to $1000. Both of these figures assume that you have that amount of funds available in the account.

It is not a paypal affinity credit card, it is a debit card hooked to your available funds in your account. I find it a very useful way to get quick access to the funds.
