<< I went to that website and no that is not what Im looking for. That website mearly directed me to books to buy. I want a website where I can look up computer related terms and get back history and specifications. I find it annoyingly hard to look this up using a search engine because all I get are products for sale. Anyway, my original question...AGP 2x is 2 times what?
Thanks Chris P >> My complaint, too against the search engines...whenever I try to look up info on a piece of computer hardware or other technology. One approach that seems to work somewhat well is to add to the query string with the name of the product "+manual" or "+documentation" or in your case "+definition" -- you will probably get a few hits from the maker's home site, or something close to it, on the 1st few pages then, even amidst all the stores. And maybe including a "-sale" or "-"for sale"" will help, too. (It's called a Boolean search, if you want to look up the rules...) __ Bill Art page: <http://geocities.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/> -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
