As I mentioned before, I live in a small town and know everyone and I have almost no possibility of any of these negative scenarios happening here. I also do not live in an area where others are close enough to easily tap into my system, especially with a 100 yard driveway.
That does not mean that others have nothing to worry about and I expect they should follow the suggestions of the list.
