OK. I checked the memory that was installed in the computer and found one stick that was PC133. Removed it. The machine started up fine and ran well with the HD connected to the SIIG card. Connect the second HD to the mobo, got a lock up almost right away. Reconnected the second HD to the card, the machine ran all day without a problem. I must also say that I tried to run the computer with the PC133 stick on the board and it froze up with this config yesterday. I think I may be looking for a 'new' mobo' now. I was glad to learn that panics are hardware induced, as I was considering an archive/install. Saved me that.
