Moving from a 266MHz zif to a 350MHz zif overclocked to 366MHz was just
what my Molar (G3 AIO) needed.
I just tested some of Apple's "switch" ads (
http://plex.us/videos/switch.html ) before and after my switch of
processors. Before the switch, the video rarely coincided with audio.
Now they coincide perfectly.
I'm sure other things are faster, too, but that alone made buying the
faster zif worth it.
I plan on getting a 1GHz zif before the end of the year. It's a pity
that they cost so much. I mean, about 2/5ths of the price of a Mac
mini!

P.S. Do you think that the 350MHz zif can be safely overclocked to
400MHz?
