Well, my G4 running X can find the printers OK, but I'm disappointed
that all the fine-tuning controls for my Epson 1280 are missing in X.
In OS-9, choosing "Print" with this Epson enables optional control
panels that allow all sorts of adjustments to the color and gamma and
dpi of a print, while in X all I can do is "Print," and the colors come
out lousy, dim and untrue to what I see on the monitor. I have to drop
back to OS-9 to get decent color prints out of that printer. Bummer.
