I'm running mac OS 8.6 on a G3/400 beige server.  I know very little about
macs.  I picked up this box at a computer show for 50 bucks and added a
graphics card and some ram.  It runs really quick now and looks good on a 21"
monitor.  :)  Since I installed the graphics card the control strip that pops
out from the side with little modules for starting apps....that was at the
bottom of the screen before is now almost halfway down the left side now. I've tried everything I can think of and it just drives me nuts...how do I
make this go to the bottom of the screen.  thanks!

Hold the option key while dragging the tab down. It took me a while to figure it out, which is why I remember it.
