There are many reasons why it will not work.  Here they are in list format:

The CPU card is too big;  you would have to remove your CDs ATA connector

The Sawtooth heatsink can not be used unless modified

The QS heatsink can not be used unless the computers case is modified

You would have to change the multiplier, otherwise it would only run at 
650MHz in your Sawtooth.  Max multiplier is 8x so you wouldn't get it 
past 800MHz without changing your Sawtooths bus speed.

Also, some Sawtooths do not support dual processors.

Also, 12V would need to be spliced to the processor.
