Can you better isolate the source of the clicking? Maybe better describe it as well. Is it really minor high pitched or can you actually feel the vibrations if touching the base of the book say while on your lap? Could the sound be coming from the hard drive? If so, could sound alarm of a pending head crash. If so, you may want to back up your data right away.
