I don't have much experience with laptops, but clicking noises can mean
hard drive problems in any computer. Sometimes as they near a fatal
crash, some parts begin to make contact, resulting in the the clicking
sounds.
First thing to do is to back up your data ASAP, then try Apple's Disk
Utility or similar utility for a diagnostic. Best case, you are still
covered under AppleCare--if so, contact the nearest authorized repair
shop for more extensive tests and repair/replacement.
