PDF is a cross platform document standard. If it truly is produced by Adobe
software you should be able to read it on unix, linux, windoze or mac. Heck
I can even read it on my Amiga. In their overwhelming ignorance most windoze
users think that other operating systems require special software when all
that is really necessary is something that meets a cross platform
standard...like PDF. In fact, from personal opinion, cross platform
usability is the only good thing about the bloated, slow, PDF format.
