You have to pop off the oval panel where the external
vga port would be and there are 2 more screws in
there. It makes a horrible popping sound when you take
the back panel off, but dont worry if the tabs break
because the screws hold it in place. After that, the
metal sheild has to be unscrewed be careful cause they
can fall down into the mac.
Take out your memory and unplug the drive and power
cables from the mobo. Icant remember if its 2 or 4
screws that hold the drive chassis in place. There are
several websites with pics. Do a search on the web
with replacing imac hard drive. Hope this helps.
