I have a first run Beige G3 running 10.28, with added boards so I can
use USB and maximum ram--and am happy chugging along at 233 mghz--
But my cursor freezes, sometimes the keyboard joins it in lock up,
sometimes I can use the keyboard to shutdown, sometimes I have to pull
the plug. I replaced the keyboard and mouse (twice) and now after a
few months of trouble free use, the freeze is back.
I don't know if it is mouse/keyboard mechanical thing, or a system
glitch--
Today I scraped some stuck stuff off the two black wheels in the mouse
and it is working better (for longer) than before---is it just
housekeeping??
