My electric company's site sent an error message whenever I tried to pay with Konqueror. I set it to lie to them. It told them it was IE 6 on Win2000 and the process went smooth as silk. Lots of sites are like that. They check your browswer and if it isn't exploder they simply wont LET you use it.
