I use a 4 port USB KVM between a couple of PeeCee's, my Sgi Visual
Workstation 320 and a B&W G3. All USB KVM's are problematic in my
experience with the exception of a I/O Gear manual version that requires
you to press a button to switch. We supply 20-30 KVM switches a month
to various customers and it's really hard to keep everything working.
All of the switches that allow keyboard switching seem to get "confused"
and require resetting periodically. The old PS2 switches were much more
reliable.
