Hi, Bruce and all

Yes, "favoritest" is a real word, at least when applied to FinderPop. So also is "bestest", which is the term I use to describe the wonder that is FinderPop.

If you use OS 8/9, get and use FinderPop. It seamlessly integates with the OS, and you will wonder how you got by without it.

That Turly O'Connor is rewriting FinderPop for OS X is great news.

Thanks for the tip, Bruce.

I've moved 'em to F1 thru F4. Found they're somewhat of a
necessity, since OS X lets apps interleave windows. Very annoying.

Is there a "windowshade" type thing - that will make a window
scroll up in place, instead of making them vanish into a morass of
unidentifiable icons on the dock?

Yep, called WindowShade X <http://www.unsanity.com>

I also just found out my favoritest (a real word? I think not) OS 9
utility in the world, FinderPop, has finally been updated for OS X!
