I wonder if somebody can give me some ideas here. I picked up a used
Netgear Wireless USB Adapter today for my Sawtooth. It's a model
WG111v2.

I also use a Netgear WGR614 wireless router, which is 802.11G and B.

The router works fine and puts out a signal as was verified at a
friend's place using his G4 & airport card. (Actually not totally
fine as the modem jack doesn't work, but the unit still allows me to
plug the modem into one of the four outgoing jacks. Strange that it
works this way and I wonder if I lose the firewall, but it works).
The problem, I cannot get anything using the USB adapter. My system
sees it in the ASP but that's as far as it goes. I figured it would
work just fine matched with the Netgear Router but no luck.
It may be that the adapter isn't at all mac compatible. There is no
mention of supporting Macs but that's the way half the stuff we use
is. Anybody have one of these working with their Mac? Any thoughts
or hacks to configure?
Thanks,
Dave
