I have a Blue G3 in an ATX case which I thought I had blown the power supply. But my dad just brought home a Blue G3 and after he used it a couple times his does the same thing, nothing. Press the power button, nothing. Do power supplies often die in these machines or is this a different problem?
It won't start with a dead PRAM battery. IT will start with no PRAM battery, though. Test it by pulling the battery to see if it boots properly, then replace it if needed.
