Fair enough Dave, but I'm sure your problem is a stuffit..or system
related one. The orangeware download works fine.
If your using a G4 desktop you might want to look for a Belkin
FDU7000 PCI wi-fi card. if your using 10.3.9 or above this will be
seen natively as an airport card as the chipset is identical. Here in
the uk they're dirt cheap. About $40.00 equivalent.
