What happened?
For some reason they forgot what program opens them. Control-click
on one of the e-mails, and select Open WIth. If the correct program
isn't listed, select Other, find it and select it. You can also
specify to "always open this type of file" with that program there.
What is your backup program? Just backing things up shouldn't have
caused that to change.
