doesn't that simply mean attacking someone ( because you think they
will attack you)? Well, that's the definiton of "aggression"..
Wasn't that a slogan of the Bush junta? Cost 100 000 Iraquies their
lives... not very funny 8-(

proactive self-defense is for the rest of us.
I like the sound of this byline of yours! It is almost Aristotelian,
