Not just Panther.
This bug exists in Jaguar as well.
Have never found a way around. I actually just figured I was doing
something wrong.
If anyone has more information on this one, that would be great.
Ok. I'm stumped here. Since I saw the original stating there was a
bug in Panther, I've been trying to see it. I have changed
permissions up and down big and small trees in Panther, on our
PowerBook -- using the Get Info window. At not time did any change
fail in any way.
Can you give me some hard details?
