I've dealt with Surplus Computers several times and was always
pleased with the results. They also have a 700 Mhz G3 iBook for
$400.
I saw those yesterday. Externally they were in good condition. I
doubt the "On Sale" part, the G3s they had were always the same price
(except that they may have dropped recently.)
