You'll need the exit rollers to solve your problem. I've had good

You can buy just the parts you need, and that's a bit cheaper than buying
a whole kit from some of the other sources.
BTW, the LW630 is a dream to work on compared to older printers like the
LW2 series.
It's basically the same mechanism as the HP 4M Plus inside (processor
area excepted).
As for printing, I cannot understand why you weren't able to print via
its ethernet port. I can print to my trusty LW630 from any of my Macs
(classic MOSes and X) using the built-in LW drivers.
I haven't tried mine on OSX yet, but it is connected to my B&W via
ethernet. It is possible that the socket (or cable or both) is flaky,
preventing printing. I have had problems with both the serial and
ethernet sockets on mine, noticable when "the printer could not be
found"!
