I'm now unable to burn CDs using my Pioneer DVR-107D using Toast
Titanium 5.0.2. A couple of months ago I burned some music CDs no
problem, but now can't burn anything.
Now I can't figure out what option to select in the Toast selection
for burning images.
I tried using the instructions I wrote for myself (there's no
application manual):
-install CD to be copied and click on icon
-start Toast & choose music (or data or photo)
-drag files into Toast window & click copy
-click record
-Disk Cache will read files
-CD ejects
-install blank CDR
-click Record: Write Disk
This did not work & produced a coaster. I have tried this with both
image & music.
So I tried Toast Help and followed these instructions:
-open Toast
-initialize CDR when prompted; name disc
-drag files to CDR icon
-recording begins automatically
-hit command-E
-window asks to burn CDR before ejecting
-says it's burrning
-click on CDR icon & new window shows recorded files; can open these
files by clicking on them
-eject CDR
-clicking on CDR icon now results in "needs initializing" message &
disc proves NOT to hace been burned &
is blank
-at one stage I got a "not supported" false error message
This sucks.
Does anyone have any idea what is up with this thing?
