This certainly isn't very easy, but it's the only way I've figured
out how to do what you want.
1. If not already in View, List get there.
2. From Edit, choose Select All
3. From File, choose Print
4. In the Print Window under Style choose Lists
5. Under PDF in the lower left corner of the Print Window, choose
Save as PDF
6. You can then open the saved PDF file in Word, Text Edit or
whatever you choose.
7. Depending on what format you want the list in, you'll have to do
a lot of editing to the PDF document, but it can produce the desired
results.
