It seemed pretty simple. I may even have done it in the past.
All I wanted to do was put a bunch of digital photos in a disc so I
could take them to a friend's place (a windoze guy) and show the
photos on his TV.
Hardware
G5 Macintosh OS 10.4.4
SONY DVD RW DW-U10A - set to NTCS
Data
371 photos - 272 MB - jpeg
SONY TV - one year new
KOSS KD260 DVD Player - 3 or 4 years old
Several brands of CD-R and DVD-R blanks
Software
Roxio TOAST Titanium 6.0.7
Also played with iDVD 4 and iPhoto 4.0.3 (made a nice slide show on
the MAC)
I seem unable to produce something that will display on my DVD/TV. I
have even resorted to reading the manuals.
Is it possible that my DVD Player on the TV is obsolete and can not
read the discs that I am making? Or s there something else that
hasn't occurred to me?
