Nope. They are quite different. ADB services one device at a time and runs at 10 kHz. Devices present but not in use have to request promotion to the active device by grounding the data line at a prescribed time. Plus 5 volt power is provided on a separate wire. USB is full duplex, but still time shared. Each device has its own address up to 127 and works independently of any "active" device. It's also much faster - up to 12 MHz.
