SCSI Zip internal drive - I just placed this item in the LEM Swap list.
It is not clear from your post below what computer you are looking to
place a ZIP into.
FS: Internal ZIP 100 drive with carrier, power cable, (2) ZIP cartridges
Beige face plate.
$12 plus shipping from 40203.

<<Al is probably right, though I have had no trouble with them
(compared to my QS software troubles messing up the ATA HD), they
are great for temporary use.
Just wanted to put in a good word for these poor things.
BTW, I think there are USB zip drives, and actual zips in any
collection will then be useable... they would be very cheap indeed
these days, probably cheaper than a suitable scsi card or (in my
peculiar case, a cable)

Thanks, David. I like them, too. I have an internal Zip bay, but the
250 is too large to fit into it as it's mounted on a platform & the
platform is too big to fit into the Zip drive opening. I can't find
an internal 100 zip drive, which is what size the bay will take. It
is right below the CD drive. Maybe if I go on the Low End Mac Swap
List, someone will have one. I do wish I could install the 250
(they even have a 750 now) as they will play all the smaller size
Zip disks as well. My stuff is all on 100s.
