I can't check now but I have suitcases and Type 1 versions of the Laserwriter Plus 25. Maybe some of the LW25 were replaced by TT versions in later versions of the OS. Plus the new TT ones introduced later, plus the MM fonts used by Acrobat. Plus a few others that were needed for specific purposes and remain there.

I think you should have everything that Apple supplies as default in the fonts folder, no more and no less. And use Suitcase to add and remove as the need arises.
