Stephen, Thank you for the notice of new publications. You did not mention the Hebrew annual Meghillot, devoted entirely to Qumran research. Two volumes are already out (Meghillot 1 and Meghillot 2) and the third one is in press. The volumes are edited by Moshe Bar-Asher and myself, and are published by the university of Haifa and the Bialik Institute. Beside contributions to various aspects of the Qumran research the volumes regularly include discussion on the linguistic problems of the scrolls (Hebrew and Aramaic). Devorah Dimant
