Did you reset the jumpers for 400MHz? You should be able to overclock it up to 450 with no problems. I have overclocked most G3s (beiges) I had 1 or 2 notches (33-66MHz) without problems. How many items are in the folder? Too many will cause a slow opening. What OS are you running? Ram? Video card?
