Peter.

10.5 won't officially run on a 700mhz G4 (minimum is 867mhz) that doesn't mean
it won't run and run fairly well. I had 10.5 on a 400mhz G4 and it was useable.

Or you could stick with 10.4 which will rocket along with at least 512MB of RAM.

Subject: Which OS X on eMac 700
From: Peter <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

I just acquired a eMac 700 to my Mac family and was wondering which
version of OS X is best for it? Should I go for 10.5 or stick with
10.4? It only has a 32mb Nvidia card which means some features of
10.5 will not work anyway. Any thoughts?
