Migration Assistant will be offered during the setup process. It can transfer everything, but it may be a long process. Time would be shorter to do as Bruce said, and Upgrade installation. Another thought, I have a G5 with two 500 GB HDs, and I decided to use Disk Utility to raid mine in a striped raid. It worked perfectly and my HD access speed almost doubled. I use an external HD for backup now. With Leopard having Time Machine, if you need a new wireless router, the 1 TB Apple Time Capsule with wireless N router is nice for backup. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed Low End Mac's G3-5 List, a group for those using G3, G4, and G5 desktop Macs - with a particular focus on Power Macs.
