Hi Eric,
Out of curiosity, which G5 do you have? If you have a June 2004 model
(2.0GHz CPU) or later, you would be dealing with PCI-X slots instead of the
older PCI slots in the G4. I am not sure I that matters, but would not be
surprised if it did.
