None of my research indicated the POWER connector is different on the 
SATA drives. So I never bothered to order adapters. Stole some from a 
spare machine hubby had and had him splice them in.

I did see a post where someone stated that the Firmtek card only came 
with one cable. So I made sure to order another. You'd think 10" 
would be enough. Oops not really. Stole one from the above machine as 
well.

Took me forever to find my spare drive sled. Did the FW800's come 
with one or two? For some reason I had one outside the machine, not 
sure where it would have come from.

The machine did boot and told me it had two devices it didn't 
recognize so I am hoping all is well. I am zeroing out the first one 
now to be my primary. I think it only has an hour or so to go.

Can't wait to start using my "new" machine!
