Basically there are two Library direcroties to mess with: /Library is the one you see when you open up your hard drive and see Applications, System Library and Users (among others) ~/Library is the one you see when you go to your home. > Should i reinstall the update? Since it started immediately after an update, try running 'Repair Permissions' in Disk Utility.
