With the later Psystar-specific updates to their OpenComputer, yes.

Also, once you get a generic Intel box up to 10.5.5, then every  
update thereafter applies without issue.

The way most MacOSX86 installation processes are designed, getting to  
10.5.5 also involves going to a Vanilla kernel, which is important as  
10.5.5 replaced the kernel.

If your Intel is running a 9.4.0 kernel, then migrating to 10.5.5 is  
not a big problem.

And, after reaching 10.5.5, it is very smooth sailing thereafter.

I stopped updating my Psystar at 10.5.4 as I found my Shuttle (G31/ 
ICH7) and custom-made P35/ICH9 Hacks gave me the bang for the buck I  
was looking for.
