Boot your 10.5 Leopard DVD and from the Utilities menu select "Reset Password" and then select the correct HD and reset the password. This will reset the admin user password for everything except the login keychain. You'll need to know the "old" password to reset the login keychain, and if you don't know it, simply delete the entire login keychain and the new one will use the "new" password you just set using the DVD. If you don't have the installation DVD, you can try this instead: <http://theappleblog.com/2008/06/22/reset-os-x-password-without-an-os-x-cd/ --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed Low End Mac's G3-5 List, a group for those using G3, G4, and G5 desktop Macs - with a particular focus on Power Macs.
