Yes. I've only used PC3200 in my Macs that came with PC2700, although on my G4 Mini high-density PC3200 wouldn't work, it needed low- density, so you'd better check if there's a high/low issue first. If the 1 GB is low you'll be OK in all instances, but this is doubtful, in my Mini's case, low-density was twice as expensive as high-density.
