Ignore the stupid versioning number; that is not a point one release,  
it's a point ten

(silly open source projects never get to 1.0, so they think the next  
step after 0.9 is 0.10 :-)

I pointed one of the college staff people (who knows this stuff and is  
quite well versed in MS Project) to this program, she pronounced it  
'Pretty good'.
