I have NTI DragonBurn Versions 3 and 4, but have had problems with  
both.  Their technical support is terrible.  Therefore I generally  
stay away from it.

I have had almost all versions of Adaptec and Roxio Toast, which have  
served me well for years.  On occasions I have also used Disk  
Utilities directly.
