Well, it isn't. It's selective sophistry at best, deliberate misinformation at worst. In short, it's what is known in the UK as "complete bollocks". What's with you, Wallace? I believe in free speech etc., but you seem to produce an inordinate number of posts slating Apple, slating Jobs - and all because 1) they won't make you a Mac for $150, or 2)release a version of OSX to run on the nastiest PCs out there. 1) They won't and 2) They won't.
