Mark, If you can find a way to hook your Mac mini up to the television, it's your best bet. Hulu isn't available for the AppleTV—it's an online- only service. The Mac mini should have the processing power to watch both the 320p and 480p videos on Hulu, but I'm not sure about HD videos.
