I find case sensitivity important. I work with a BSD UNIX server that I have no control over and it just IS case sensitive. HTML pages and scripts for filtering spam need to get tested locally before I use them on the host machine. What I do is create a case sensitive partition, actually a second disk, in OS 10.3.9.
